The brand-new Sutra House allows us to indulge in a wide variety of holistic Yoga and Numerology offerings like a wonderful with a wonderful Yoga Shala, brand-new rooms, Spa, Sauna. This homebase holds space for holistic Yoga days, allowing yourself to immerse into your practice, (re-)connect to your essence and get individual support through Jeannette and Nina.  

We will be offering a challenging and balanced Yoga practice with four hand assists throughout; every morning is welcomed in by Meditation and Pranayama followed by a nurturing Asana practice. In the afternoons we will dive into an interactive, workshop based Yoga session to look more into details and questions from your side.  After dinner one night starts with a soothing Yoga Nidra to drift off into sleep and dreams.  Along with the Yoga we dive into the qualities of your own numbers and the energies that 2020 bring along. Numerology serves us as a guide on our path of life, gives answers to our questions about life and shows new possibilities and perspectives.
